Jamie was a vivacious, rule following, historic expert and queen. I felt like I was in a movie, her tone would shift, I’d step closer to hear the details only to step backwards when she flipped her fan and shared the horror. Michael was our tour guide and he did a fantastic job. The stories were different ones than we had heard before about New Orleans which I appreciated. We also noticed other tours when we were walking around during our time in NO and they all seemed so rushed and exaggerated. I suggest booking this tour for a wonderful experience.

The tour was so fun and Yvette was great guide! Crazy stories about ghosts and overall really informational with the culture of ghosts and paranormal activity here. Yvette was a great wealth of knowledge and made it a great experience! I appreciate how she is so passionate about what she does!The one thing for me was the last house that talked about the torture chamber I think it would be good to give people a specific heads up that not everyone is going to want to hear or be able to stomach the details of what happened. Definitely turned the tone for me right at the end. (In all fairness she may have said that while I was busy talking a picture of the building)😅

We did a adults only small group tour and our guide was Catherine, who was phenomenal! She is a wonderful storyteller and a genuine, lovely person. She has lived in the French Quarter for decades and had a lot of recommendations for do’s and dont’s for the area as well. 10/10 experience, definitely would recommend a small group tour as it allowed for a more personal experience :)

My daughter and I recently took the 8pm Ghosts/ Vampires tour. We had so much fun! Our tour guide Wolfy was a phenomenal storyteller. He was energetic, engaging, and passionate about what he does! It was very interesting to hear all the stories and history. The only downfall I can say is that there are SO MANY tours going out at the same time (both from this company and others) that it gets really crowded and much of the tour was spent just trying to find a place to stop so he could tell the story. Highly recommend if you like ghost stories!

Only clowns and 40+ year old women who watch ghost shows believe this. I was born here over 40 years ago and I've had my great grandmother (would 122) now tour me as a child. First thing she pointed out was all the BS stories they sell (back in 90s) and still to this day hustling out of town idiots with horseshit stories. Omg 30 dead bodies buried under a pool and king Solomon house....lol clowns. First thing they ask is if your from here, do you know anything and if your from out of town for an event. Much easier to bullshit out of towners. 😂😂 NOLA is nothing more than nasty smelly trash covered in Hep-B (real talk) Blows my mind how clueless some of you are loading this place up with 5 stars. Again 40+ year old ghost loving women will love this. Any straight male with a brain will say "what a waste of money"

I was hesitant to sign up for the tour, I don’t like to be scared. I’m so glad I went. Our tour guide Wolfie was so energetic, well versed and engaging. He kept the group interested for the entire tour. Finding out how the idea of Vampires surfaced and the history behind the LaLaurie Mansion kept everyone captivated. It’s a definite must if you visit NOLA. And make sure to ask for Wolfie!

Erin did an excellent job taking us on the Saints and Sinners tour. She was very informative and entertaining and was knowledgeable about all of our questions. I would take a tour again with Erin next time I'm in town.

I recommend this tour. Great storytelling. We did the ghost & vampire tour but I think all their tours would be good. Didn’t see any ghosts but maybe some saw us 😅

I absolutely loved learning all the history in New Orleans. We did the adults only tour and I highly recommend. Yvette was our tour guide and did an amazing job. I noticed other tour guides as well and they all had their own unique personalities that made the stories that much more interesting.

Our tour tonight with Katherine was killer! We did the vampire and ghost tour of the French quarter. Not only did we get an amazing haunted tour but was met with the most charming hospitality. Katherine was attentive, charming, and so engaging. We were met with the best southern hospitality. This tour company is amazing with doing their research on finding the deep history of New Orleans haunts. Loved it and highly recommend to anyone coming to New Orleans. Everyone needs to learn about French quarters deep history.

We booked this out of curiosity and boy, so glad we did! We're not super into voodoo but the way Raffle told the stories was interesting and thought provoking. Fun. Not corny. We will definitely look for another tour with Raffle when we return. We'll worth it!

My husband and I took the adults only Ghost & Vampire tour on the first night of our trip. We had only been in the city for a few hours and were exhausted from traveling, but our tour guide, Katherine kept us completely engaged. Katherine is an amazing tour guide! She shared so many incredibly stories and facts and is so approachable. Her love and passion for the city shines through. She answered all of our questions. We learned so much from her. She also gave us a few recommendations for restaurants in and near the French Quarter that locals go to. We have not been disappointed. We are so glad that we had the pleasure of learning from Katherine!

This was a fantastic tour. It was an enjoyable way to see some beautiful homes and a nice part of New Orleans. Our guide "Pepe" was awesome! He was full of knowledge and comical to boot! Would highly recommend! I wish we had more time to go on more of the tours. We will definitely book 1-2 more tours the next time we visit NOLA!!!!

We did the Ghosts and Vampires tour with Wolfy. He was such a fantastic tour guide- funny, knowledgeable, and great at keeping the group safe, together, and engaged. He made sure that the route was wheelchair accessible for guests on our tour, and made sure we all had a great time!

My husband and I did the Adults Only small group tour with Katherine as our guide. We had an amazing time and paying a little extra for the smaller group was definitely worth it. Katherine is an excellent guide (we had read other reviews singing her praises so we requested to be part of her group and she did not disappoint!) Her storytelling skills are very engaging and she will make sure you have the best spots while working around the other larger tour groups out there. Jen Raven was an amazing tour guide! This was my first time in New Orleans, and my Husbands first ghost tour, and it is one we will never forget! She is very knowledgeable, easy to get along with, and has so much personality! I highly recommend doing your tours with this company. They were reasonably priced, well organized, and it was easy to purchase tickets. During our tour, we had a lady from our group of 15 have a seizure so we waited 45 minutes for the EMS to arrive. The company offered to either issue a refund to all 15 of us, or continue on the tour and have it just run over the designated time. Our group chose to continue on since we were having so much fun. I don’t know too many companies who would work with customers like that.

My wife and I visited New Orleans in early January, and I dragged her along to the Ghost & Vampire tour. We started the tour in the bar with some great drink specials (after all, when in New Orleans...) and in time we were introduced to our tour guide, Kathryn. Kathryn expertly looked after our whole group, fielded plenty of questions, gave a noteworthy performance with lots of information and made the entire time such a fun experience! Highly recommend!

If you are coming to Nola and want a Ghost Tour this is 100% what you want. Katherine was our guide and she was fantastic. She shared the stories based on facts and highlighted parts of the history we've never heard. I would absolutely recommend her as a guide. Can't rate this tour highly enough!

Yahyah Universe was the best tour guide! She was such a joy to explore of the history and lore of NOLA. She kept things fun and informative! She was accommodating to anyone who had any questions or concerns and even made sure there was a break in the tour for bathroom and drink break. Had such a blast touring with the black cat of nola 🐈‍⬛10/10 recommend this tour especially from her!

My family took the Ghost & Vampire Combo Tour recently and loved it! YaYa was great and so fun! We did the 6:00 pm tour which was pretty appropriate if your kids love all things spooky. My daughters are 8 & 12 and thought it was the best part of our trip. They absolutely loved YaYa and thought she was so entertaining. She was also very good at handling some of the rough belligerent bystanders. My only regret is not realizing I did not have enough cash to tip as much as I wanted to (so don't make my mistake because she is well worth it!)

Had a great tour! We did the Ghost/Vampire Combo around 8P I think. Great little deal with the VooDoo Lounge for the hurricanes too! Tour wasn't too long to walk, it also wasn't so short that you felt like you didn't get your $ worth. If you want to learn the history of the French Quarter, I highly suggest this one.

Tour Treme was an excellent learning experience. Our guide, Erin, was well prepared and very knowledgeable about the black history of New Orleans. She presented various audiovisual aids which futher enhanced our learning experience. She was transparent and provided information that you can't learn from a textbook. She was also mindful of each participant's well being and safety. I would highly recommend this tour and guide if you want to learn about a significant piece of New Orleans history.

Loved our night time ghost and vampire tour with the inimitable YahYah Universe as our guide. She shared some terrifically creepy ghost and vampire stories from the French Quarter, along with other historical facts about the city in an engaging, enthusiastic and knowledgeable manner. Some of the tales left me feeling creepy long after the tour as we walked back to our hotel!The tour starts at a bar and they offer 2 for 1 Hurricanes in a big souvenir glass. We got two and it was fruity treat that was nice to sip as we walked around the sweltering city in late June.You walk at a fairly slow pace with several stops for about an hour before stopping at a second bar location for drink refills and bathroom breaks if you need them.The tour takes you to some places you’ve heard of like the Ursuline Convent, The Gardette-LePretre Mansion, better known as the Sultan’s Palace, The Andrew Jackson Hotel and of course, the infamous LaLaurie Mansion of American Horror Story fame.I posted a video but, even though no one was at the Mansion when we visited, it looks like something is moving about behind the third story windows!It was very fun learning the real story behind these haunted locales from a talented New Orleans Native. If we had more time in the city, we’d definitely have taken other tours with this company.

Bobby was such a fun, interactive and informative tour guide. We booked a private tour for my Mother’s 60th birthday and we are so glad we did! This was so fun, a great mix of history and spooky tales, and a great way to see the neighborhood. Above all, it was so clear that Bobby is passionate about what we does. We have had three tours with French Quarter Phantoms and each of them was a wonderful and unique experience!First, Adelai took us on a Ghost and Vampyre tour. She is an amazing story teller and had us all laughing and entertained the whole night. She handled difficult topics such as the Lalaurie mansion very respectfully and I appreciated the way she approached it and gave us all a content warning beforehand. She was also very helpful afterwards in helping us all safely navigate to our next destinations.Next, Erin took us on a French Quarter history and Voodoo tour. She was extremely knowledgeable and fun as well, and debunked some common myths about voodoo. I appreciated gaining this perspective and learned so much!Lastly we had a tour of the Garden District and had another wonderful tour guide, I believe her name was Stephanie, but I may be mistaken. I do know she’s from New Mexico! She was amazing as well, we learned so much about the architecture and competitiveness of living in the Garden District. She threw in some fun stories and folklore that I found very charming.All in all we had an amazing time on all three tours and would definitely recommend! We were given/offered breaks partway through each tour, which allowed for drinks or bathroom breaks. The BOGO hurricanes are delicious and come with a fun souvenir cup.

Jeremiah had a tricky task of navigating us through the quarter while a parade was taking place. He did an excellent job balancing the tour and letting us watch and take photos of the cute dogs on parade. Fun and informative tour, as always. This is the only tour company I use when I visit the French Quarter. See y’all next time I’m in town!
