Had a wonderful time! Be warned. The worst part of was the automatic 18% gratuity on the pizza and the EXTREMELY overpriced hotel breakfast buffet. That part was a Lil ridiculous. The hotel cats are amazing! Jasper and Ozzy. The front desk was superb!!! Shout out to Steven and Nick.

We had a great experience considering how large our party was for the Restaurant at top. We were only there for dinner and drinks with approximately 30 people. The restaurant is small so some were on the deck, but the service was exceptional, I know I always had a full glass.

First off, it is an OLD building. The floors creak and slope, there is one tiny elevator.. it’s old. So with that comes old smells and a REAL room key. There aren’t a million plugs either! But the charm of the place and its age make it such a lovely stay. My mom, sister, and I went for a weekend and had a ton of fun. Love the heated pool and we loved the spa. We didn’t eat in the hotel but we ate at the sister hotel (Basin) and it was good. Definitely do the ghost tour (don’t forget a tip!). I will say the hot tub could have used some attention but we went in at our own risk and had no issues. I’d stay there again!

The hotel is very beautiful but if you are a light sleeper I don’t recommend staying here. The walls are paper thin since the hotel is so old you can literally hear someone cough in the room next to you. Also the ghost tours were extremely annoying. We had to get up early to drive 9 hours and there were people running around the halls, laughing loudly and being extremely inconsiderate in the halls late at night and woke us up several times. Also, breakfast is not free! We paid $250 a night which I feel should include a free breakfast and it doesn’t. There was also a small cockroach in our bathroom this morning. It’s expensive only because it is historic and “haunted” and not for any “luxury” or anything like that. It was still a fun experience and we enjoyed walking the trails outside and exploring. If you’re planning on just visiting the hotel to see ghosts or whatever just remember that there are still people in the rooms that paid a lot of money to be there so 11 pm isn’t really a cool time to be ghost hunting in the halls and running up and down the stairs lol

Over price for the off season. When half the town is shut down, room rates are way too high

10/10 recommend. My husband and I had such a great time and can’t wait to come back. Very clean, very quiet, amazing ghost tour guide. Superb all around.
My sister had her wedding here this past weekend and let me tell you. WOW. We had so.much.fun. The staff were friendly and amazing. I brought my dog and they were sweet and welcoming to him. My room was huge and had a great view. They decorated the crystal ballroom so beautifully for the ceremony. The reception was in the crystal ballroom as well. We only had to wait 15 minutes for them to get the room ready for the reception. The music was fun, food was amazing and the drinks were so well priced! I never wanted it to end. What I would give to relive it!

My husband and I came to celebrate our 6 year wedding anniversary. First time ever at this hotel. Hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. However, we didn't realize it was a dog friendly hotel when we booked our reservations, and heard a dog barking from our room throughout the morning, which we had a major problem with, so we checked out early and went to another hotel that didn't allow pets. Parking lot is small, and was very crowded, making it a challenge to find a parking spot. It's a beautiful hotel, but we probably won't be back.

Wonderful dining experience!
I wanted a room for the hot tub and surprise it was for reservations only and the room was kinda small and the beds were hard and they charged people 17.50 a person for breakfast it should have been free as much as ya have to pay for the room even the cheap motels for the breakfast

Spent a beautiful September day at Pearidge Battelfield and decided heck, we are halfway to Eureka Springs. The curvy drive up was perfect as we drove around looking at the Victorian ginger bread houses and thought we'd go up to the Crescent Hotel just for the view. We smelled pizza. Good pizza. We went up to the top floor and found the Skybar Gourmet Pizza. It was only a short wait to get inside even though it was a Saturday with sold out ghosts tours and weddings going on. Thrilled to be seated so fast, our server Whitney suggested we get the Carnivore Pizza plus a ceasar salad. This was the best pizza we've had in a long time, it did not disappoint! The dough is more Chicago style with a thick braided crust and the toppings were plentiful. And to top it all off, the bar had the Hogs game on (they won.) HIghly recommended for pizza lovers, history lovers, and anyone who loves the spectacular view!

Over 20 minutes we waited for water much less the drinks we ordered before we left. Waitress blatantly insinuated if we wanted drinks immediately we should go next door. Wish I'd paid attention to her name, very rude to my stage 4 cancer riddled 72 yr old mother when she struggled with ordering. Madison maybe? Bikers are a big staple to your establishment, highly recommended we be treated as such. I'll never visit the Crescent again 😪

Hotel does not impress, no room service, even after we ask at check in.

Update:
Date of stay was 9/3/18 weekend. I gave you another star for replying without being smart like you did with my yep review. 9/3/18. We ordered room service they took our order and when we called back to see where is was they told me they did not have room service. And at checkout they confirmed the same thing. But the service was horrible, the hotel was excellent.

We're locals, so though we've enjoyed many breakfasts in the Crystal Dining Room and pizzas in the Skybar, we'd never spent the night in one of the Crescent Hotel's rooms.
.
But our pipes at home froze, and then burst, and we needed to escape!
.
We fled to the warm embrace of the Crescent Hotel, and found refuge and comfort and beauty and charm in Room 401.
.
We were amazed at the loveliness of the room when we opened the door - - and at the size of the incredible bathroom!!
.
So many charming details, and views from every window that made us yearn to return to Room 401in the Spring, Summer and Fall...
.
Ample hot water for long, luxurious baths... just what we longed for, needed, and (believe me!) enjoyed.
.
You want sterile and antiseptic? Go to a corporate box hotel.
.
But if you want a hotel with beauty, history, grace, a hotel as individual and personable as you are - - it's the Crescent for you!!
.
We loved it. And we are so grateful to the staff, especially Katy (sorry if it's Katie!) at the front desk, for making our stay so wonderful.

My husband and I stayed here for one night in room 419 (haunted). We were told by our ghost tour guide that the room hadn’t had much activity reported lately, and we didn’t really feel any strange vibes from the room. However, we were sure to sleep with the bathroom light on.. just in case! I slept with ear plugs in due to my husbands snoring, but he claims he woke up multiple times during the night and at one point hearing what sounded like fingernails tapping on glass. The one time I woke up to use the bathroom, I kept catching a whiff of a strange odor I couldn’t explain. The pictures I’m sharing were 2 of over 300 we took on our ghost tour. Maybe we imagine seeing a small child/a face in the window, or maybe we actually caught ghosts! Overall, it was a very neat experience, and I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay or at least take the tour!

This is truly a unique hotel and well worth staying a night or two if you are in the area. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We also took the ghost tour with The Conductor which was a hoot. Lots of stories but we didn't see any ghosts! TIP: Book your ghost tour when you book your room, otherwise you might not be able to do it after you arrive. It's pretty popular! The grounds are lovely and the view amazing. The best part is the free shuttle service to and from the town below. We went in October and it was absolutely beautiful! Eureka Springs is a great town with a cool history. The only thing I didn't "love" about the hotel was the dinner. Our server was absolutely fabulous but the food selections at dinner and quality was just okay. The breakfast buffet was very good though.

I would rate The Crescent as a 5 Star hotel and stay! It offers tons of fun, added with the beauty of Eureka Springs, this is my favorite place to visit.
We went there just for the ghost tour but we will be going back to stay
I didnt actually stay here, but visited the 1st floor entryway. Very nice Victorian charm and the staff was very friendly even though we didn't spend any money. I would like to come back sometime and spend a couple of nights....maybe see a ghost?

Be aware of the gross amount of fees above the room rate.
Guest Room Tax, Service Gratuity, Resort Fees, and Resort Fee Tax. And each night you stay, you pay all of these fees, again and again. Our room totaled out to $418 a night. And our room was not in good shape. Outlets were falling off the wall, the water pressure was barely enough to take a shower, and the Wi-Fi never worked, just to name a few. I will say the view was beautiful, but not worth it.

Highly recommend the Crescent Hotel & Spa! The room was awesome with a nice balcony with rocking chairs and the service couldn't have been any better!
Fun games in the back too like oversized chess with pieces on the ground, ace throwing, bocce ball, corn hole and more with food and a beer garden and bar

We came as its "the most haunted hotel in America". I feel like that's just a trade name with a really messed up but cool history. The Frisco club is cool, but definitely wish I remembered bug spray. The mosquitoes were awful. I like that they had hatchet throwing, but as a very enthusiastic axe thrower- I was disappointed in how dull all of the blades were, how dry and chopped up the boards were. You get what you pay for. I'd rather pay the extra to have a better experience :). Our ghost tour however, was fantastic. Our guide was fun, funny and very knowledgeable. It was great! I plan to come back and book a haunted room- hoping to truly see something!

My boyfriend have been to a lot of hotels but the crescent has the BEST hospitality! We enjoyed a couples massage at the spa which was awesome! We actually booked last minute because they sent out a message that told us an opening was available which is how we snagged it up! We enjoyed several beverages at the roof top bar and the server was fantastic! They even offered to call the shuttle for us to go downtown and we could even get it back up, we didn’t do this cause we had no desire to leave the hotel. They have many things to do! A pool, hot tub, outside games, fire pits, food trucks you name it! We even got a live show on a Thursday at the roof top bar! We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner and breakfast there in the hotel with amazing live music and service! They have people that open the doors for you at the front and offer to help bring your luggage in! I can tell you this right now we have never had this type of hospitality before! I feel it’s rare now days. We also enjoyed the haunted ghost tour and our guide was the train conductor and he was fantastic! We didn’t see any ghost but the information and seeing the basement was awesome! If you’re looking for a luxury hotel at an amazing price this is the place to go!

A definite return. I loved it there. If you love architecture and vintage and history a must stay. Great experience. Plus ghost tour. The view is beautiful. Just watch your step. A lot of walking and climbing stairs and uneven paths . But so worth it.

We enjoyed the charm, hospitality, and the ghost tour. Unfortunately the penthouse suite we booked was hot, musty and underwhelming. Fortunately we were able to switch to a room that was updated in 2022 that was one level and much more comfortable. Even in this room, the sink was set back and tiny, it was difficult to use. The restaurant was closed and the pizza at the bar was overpriced though decent. We planned to enjoy our first couple’s massage at the spa, but we were put in separate rooms - when I asked about it, we were told there was an opening between the rooms so it’s considered a couples massage! We were also disappointed that the shops - including most restaurants - all closed by 6:00 pm. In addition to this, the hotel activities were not open - hatch throwing, BB guns, and restaurant were all closed since it was Wednesday. We highly recommend the Eureka Rocket Tour. David picked us up at the Crescent and was a wealth of information. The hotel ghost tour was also excellent. Eureka Springs is a great place to visit but I think next time we will stay at one of the many inns.

We didn't stay but popped in for a nice stroll in the gardens and sat on the back porch for a few minutes. We wanted to do the ghost tour but didn't plan in advance. Although it's old, I can pretty much tell you this is the nicest hotel in town, based on my experience. Next time, we plan on staying here!

I admittedly just came for the ghost tour and my family and I had a wonderful time. The building itself and the grounds are very beautiful. We really enjoyed our tour and the guide was just lovely. She did a very nice job explaining the history and the accounts of events on the property.

The most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. All the people that worked there went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful but in particular there was a bell boy named Gavin who was the most helpful young man to us, also there was a waitress Katy who was also very helpful, but truly every single employee was amazing. The hotel itself was stunningly beautiful and so historical. The best place I have ever stayed, I never wanted to leave. We also got a massage which was wonderful too.

Really cool hotel and location. Unfortunately our room was right under the restaurant and we could hear every foot step until 11 pm. It also happens to be a very popular wedding venue and there were two weddings the night we stayed, which also significantly increased our stay price.

I would still love to come back during a slower period of the year and check out the ghost tour and spa.

We had an absolutely amazing weekend for our anniversary, the staff was helpful, and incredibly friendly, the accommodations/amenities provide by the hotel were outstanding. They even had some live music on the lawn which was great by the way. The environment was unbeatable, we definitely plan on making this our anniversary destination. Plus they have a shuttle service and many restaurants available with room room service. If you and your spouse are looking for a close by town getaway this is the perfect spot 👌
