There isn't much in Eureka to dislike, and the Crescent is a must-see. It's very beautiful and rich in history and bonus, the food is incredible.

This tour was so boring and honestly a waste of money. And what made it worse is there is no AC in the hallways so you are standing in a hot, stinky hotel for 1 hr listening to stories and theories. The only room you get to see is the morgue/basement and it wasn't nothing special. Our tour lady was kind but man I was ready to leave. I do not recommend this tour to family or friends.

This was so cool. Me and my sister could smell Cherry cigar. That's before we found out that the guy who was in charge would smoke Cherry cigars. The "meat locker " was creepy as all.. go it is worth it.

I have to say I am a ghost fanatic, and I felt the tour was a little lackluster. It was cool to hear the history of the hotel, but I was hoping to see more of the rooms with activity, but since they rent them out all you get to do is stand in the hallway while they talk about each room. The only place you get to go in is the morgue at the end. The hotel itself though is beautiful and my kids liked just looking around it. I would recommend to the owners to add more to the tour or possibly keep one room open for tours, just a suggestion.

Nice historical tour. We also enjoyed running into Ozzy, the "intern" cat. Note: I recommend dressing in summer attire. The halls were very warm with little to no air flow.

We took the kids on the kids ghost tour and it was great! I’ve been in the regular tour twice before and I loved how the kids version told all the pertinent information but in a different at kids could understand without all the gory details. Our tour guide was amazing and gave each child attention. He took the time to answer any question the kids had no matter how silly and never made anyone feel like their questions were not important. I highly recommend believers or not to take this tour. It is very educational!

We did the expert and extended tour Saturday night at 10pm. It was very informative, interesting and fun! We unfortunately didn't see any ghosts 👻 but I highly recommend it!

This was our first time visiting The Crescent! We signed up for the Expert & Expanded tour, which lasted about 1.5 hours. Our tour guide, “Fillmore,” shared a lot of the history of the location, in addition to ghost stories, which we really enjoyed. Going into the morgue and hearing about the 2019 discovery of specimens dating from the hospital days was of particular interest.

Our tour guide was in a hurry to get gone. We had a tour that was better for smaller children. She dressed the part and had a high pitched voice like she was trying to make it exciting. It was horrible. $86 for maybe an hour of her saying the same things we already knew. Then she asked for a tip for the quickest tour ever, checked her phone, and walked out before we did. I was so disappointed after looking forward to that for so long!! Major, major disappointment in the tour and tour guide. A refund would be ideal even. Such a waste of money.

Very nice but what seemed like a scam to me is the 18% charge in the Restaurant for the internal staff, it does not include the tip for the waitress, in addition we had to pay another 18% to the waitress.Totally abusive topic

I went on the Crescent Ghost Tour on Thursday, March 28 at 7PM. The tour itself was nice. Our tour group leader was Diane and she dressed in period costume. We took a ghost tour last summer and had a great experience and heard lots of stories. The tour begins on the 4th floor, goes to the 3rd, then 2nd and finally the morgue, where the tour ends. We lingered for a couple of photos. Diane apparently was done being the nice, friendly tour guide and when I asked a question about the wall coverings in the morgue, she totally snapped at me with "I don't know. How would I know that?". We left immediately. What a damper on a rather nice evening.

Just finished the Expanded Tour and what an absolute treat. Our guide "Mr. Graves" was absolutely stellar. Very passionate about the history of the building and has an excellent ability to weave a good story. You spend time on each floor hearing the stories from spirit encounters of guests and staff. You then venture down into the mourge to get an extended history on "Dr" Baker and it's absolutely fascinating. One of the most demented men I've had the displeasure to learn about. All in all don't listen to the grumpy reviews, if you love good stories and appreciate paranormal history and morbid history, this tour is phenomenal. The best I've been on in years. Thank you for the excellent experience.

Recently went on this ghost tour for the third time. It’s one of the best ghost tours I’ve taken over the years, so I have no problem doing it again with different people that haven’t yet had the pleasure. It’s presented with great historical detail about the hotel, along with the reports of all the different paranormal experiences people have had. I love that it’s done without any dramatic exaggeration like some tours I’ve taken. It’s a lot of fun, and even though I’ve done it three times now, if I had a friend or relative that wanted to go I wouldn’t hesitate to go for my fourth.

Awesome! The tour was far more interesting than I expected. The tour guide was knowledgeable, seemed engaged, and put forth effort. The tour took us down to the basement where Dr Baker did his autopsies. A great history of each paranormal room and its in habitats was also given.

Interesting Ghost tour in one of the most haunting hotels in the United States. We are able to secure the tickets in the last moment of the day.The tour lasts for an hour, the guide encourage to take pictures and guide in various parts of the hotel explaining the history and its hauntings. One of the must try while in Eureka springs.

We had a great tour. Our tour guide was a lovely older gentleman who is also a conductor. He was very knowledgable, obviously passionate, and a skilled story teller. Tours aren’t really my thing - this was my wife’s pick - but it was very interesting and makes you feel more connected to this very cool place. Overall, recommend! We also stopped by the skybar - had an amazing calzone.

In the tour right now at this moment. It sucks.. Can't hear guy can't ask questions seemed a little rude in beginning. You literally walk whole place if u booked the room. Then the tour is everywhere u already walked with a guy telling a story so fast u can't understand. Tip it off halloween night kids running everywhere. I paid for 3 tickets only 2 of us showed and so not worth my money. Came out for halloween and my husband birthday night and regret it. Been waiting 40 minutes just to see the mourge uts the only place can see with out the tour. This guy is so on my nerve

Absolutely a waste of money!!You pay to walk down a hallway and listen to the guide talk. You don't have any time to use any paranormal equipment, even if you pick something up!... Worst $100+ that the 3 of us have spent... I'd rather pay for a traffic ticket.!Just read up on the history and go to the hotel. Spare yourself the time and pricey ticket!

I was on a sibling trip to Eureka Springs, June 22 - 25th. We took the 8 pm Ghost Tour on Saturday 24th. Fillmore was our guide and he was fabulous! Very knowledgeable on city and hotel history. I am very surprised to have captured all that I did. A female ghost "photo bombed" me...and Orbs! Awesome visit and ready to return.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and an excellent storyteller. It’s a tour that you will definitely enjoy irrespective of your age group or whether you believe in ghost or not.Keeping ghosts aside, the history of the hotel in itself is extremely fascinating. I will not spoil your fun by sharing the details but leave it on you to take a tour and enjoy the ghost ride as you walk your way down from 4th floor to morgue near hotel entrance where the tour ends.Tickets sell fast in matter of minutes during holidays so be sure to make an online reservation in advance.Plenty of free parking around. You can come early on the day of your tour and enjoy food at pizzeria “Top of the crest” on the top floor while soaking the beauty of the 180 degree open view. The ghost tour starts right outside the restaurant on 4th floor. For those disabled, don’t worry. You can take an elevator during the tour and the guide will adjust to accommodate your needs. It’s a slow tour and you will not feel rushed. Let the guide know your concerns and they will take care of you. This place is more of a resort than a hotel.

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed this. If you’re expecting Jump scares and a ghost hunt this isn’t for you. The hotel itself has a lot of history and stories of paranormal encounters throughout the floors all the way down to the MORGUE!! The man who led our tour was amazing at his job, made it that much more enjoyable. The only reason I’m giving this four stars instead of five is the pricing being a little more expensive than anticipated. But worth it nonetheless.

We did the extended tour which focused alot on Norman Baker and his cancer curing hospital. The guide was very knowledgeable on the subject and made the tour very interesting. It also included the findings from the archeological dig outside the hotel. We didn’t see any ghosts but hearing the history was pretty fascinating….no ghosts needed.

You can tell the hotel is old, that's a given. So I wasn't surprised when going up the stairs that part of the stairs were leaning. Our guide was very out going and seemed to like what he was doing. He told the history very well. The morgue was the most interesting to me. I have yet to go through all my pictures and videos yet. Would have really liked a later tour than 630. My first ghost tour it was alright.
